Can't to connect sysmobts-v2(sysmobts-v2 3.10.50-g9610e79) to osmoBSC(latest version).

You mention osmo-bsc here, but the ticket was created in OpenBSC project. I assume you meant osmo-bsc, not deprecated osmo-nitb.

I am assigning this ticket to pespin who worked on the related FSMs and knows a lot about this topic.

Hi, which distro version are you using? 201705 or 201705-nightly?

Please make sure your packages are up to date and share your config files.
Also if possible provide osmo-bts-sysmo log files with debug log level, as well as pcap file of the OML and RSL protocols between osmo-bsc and osmo-bts-sysmo.

I just upgraded my sysmobts to today's 201705-nightly and everything is working fine. OML setup is successful, MS can register to the network and both CS (SSD) and PS (EDGE) work just fine.

Please make sure your packages are up to date and share your config files.

I guess there might be some change in osmo-bsc breaking backwards compatibility with older pre-FSM code in osmo-bts?

With version tag:1.6.1 all work correctly.

201310 is ancient, I doubt you should be using that. we don't support it anymore. You should consider switching to 201705(-testing,-nightly).

The procedure is explained in detail in the sysmoBTS user Manual, which you can download from the downloads section with the credentials you got whenever you bough the product. If you somehow lost those, you can try contacting support email address.
