during execution of our pySim-shell test, even with the included pcap we're getting:
WARNING pySim.apdu.ts_102_221: SELECT UNKNOWN AID a00000015141434c00
the AID is that of the ARA-M applet. We do support ARA-M in pySim-shell. However, we do not appear to use that code from pySim-shell, probably related to the AID auto-detection missing.
