Description
As seen on https://jenkins.osmocom.org/jenkins/view/TTCN3/job/ttcn3-bts-test/test_results_analyzer/ all of the SI scheduling tests fail on jenkins. However, they have been running successfully during my R&D, so let's see what's the difference.
The error message is:
No SI messages for TC=0!

only SI13 scheduling tests are failing by now.
