XUDT can be used in two cases:

• when SCCP segmentation is being used, or
• when the sender wants to include the HOPLIMIT or PRIORITY parameters

SCCP segmentation might add quite a bit of complexity, but at least the second case should be treated like a normal UDT message. At the moment, it is discarded with the following log message:
