similar to libosmo-mgcp-client's mgcp_client_vty_init(), libosmo-pfcp should provide a common implementation of the PFCP CPF client configuration. So far osmo-hnbgw is the only PFCP CPF entity in Osmocom, but it is likely that more will follow.
