| "Fernvale is an open-source development platform for the Mediatek MT6260." - from https://kosagi.com/w/index.php?title=Fernvale_Main_Page |

| Available from http://shop.sysmocom.de/products/fernvale-mt6260-reverse-engineering-development-kit-dvt2 |
||
| |||
| There is support for a simple bootloader/interactive shell called "fernly":https://github.com/xobs/fernly/ as well as "fernvale-nuttx":https://github.com/sutajiokousagi/fernvale-nuttx providing bootable but limited features on NuttX. |

| *[[OsmocomBB]] does not yet support any Mediatek chipsets, so this device is not supported by [[OsmocomBB]].* |
||
| |||
| My goal (craig_comstock) is to port [[OsmocomBB]] to [[MT6260]], create a library of that support to implement [[Layer1bin]] app for NuttX as well as port [[Mobile]] to NuttX so a complete system is available for Fernvale. |

| As of Feb 13 2018 I have fixed up Makefile.mtk so that both [[SciphoneDreamG2]] and Fernvale firmwares build. I have an LED blink firmware working on Fernvale but the loader_mtk firmware no longer seems to work on the [[SciphoneDreamG2]]. |
