OpenBSC field test at 27c3¶

At the 27th annual Chaos Communication Congress, the OpenBSC
development team was doing a field test.

The installation at 27c3 consisted of 6 ip.access nanoBTS"httpeventscccdecongress2010wikiGSM, forming 3 BTS with 2 TRX each.

All of them were connected to a single instance of OpenBSC, using the mncc_sock branch,
interfacing with lcr as an external MNCC application.
