h1. [[OpenBSC]] field test at 27c3
At the "27th annual Chaos Communication Congress":http://events.ccc.de/congress/2010/, the [[OpenBSC]]
development team was doing a field test.

The installation at 27c3 consisted of 6 ip.access [[nanoBTS"httpeventscccdecongress2010wikiGSM]], forming 3 BTS with 2 TRX each.
All of them were connected to a single instance of [[OpenBSC]], using the mncc_sock branch,
interfacing with [[lcr]] as an external MNCC application.
