h1. Siemens Datenanschaltgeraet (DAG)
This is an analog modem for leased lines produced by Siemens for Deutsche Telekom.
It was presumably used as part of the Datex-L network.
The term _modem_ might actually be wrong as it is suspected to use un-modulated baseband communication to transfer 64kBps between the user equipment and the nearest data central office.
