Description
In the sysmobts build script, we're building libosmocore et al, but we're not installing them to /usr/local, but to some special prefix.
The subsequent compilation however does not use a PKG_CONFIG_PATH pointing to that prefix, meaning that the SDK's headers and libs are used instead of the just installed ones.
(This is legacy from the old osmo-gsm-tester)
Fix it: either install directly to /usr/local in the SDK or modify the environment to use the special prefix.
