Description

Document the prototype setup in a wiki page:

- overall network setup
- document the strongswan compilation
- document how to setup epdg erlang code
- document how to setup open5gs
- later: document volte setup

So far I managed to get SWu to connect to the ePDG.
Further the ePDG is doing everything correct, but the open5gs is rejecting the GTPv2 Session Request because of
missing TLVs.
