Description
1- Send an SMS from SMPP to MS when the MS is already registered beforehand. Expected behavior: the MS should receive the SMS correctly.
2- Send an SMS from SMPP to MS before it is already registered. Expected behavior: the MS should receive the SMS correctly.

What need to be done: similar stuff to test esme_ms_sms.py, but at python-smpplib level inside esme.py, esm_class must be set to SMPP_MSGMODE_STOREFORWARD instead of smpplib.consts.SMPP_MSGMODE_FORWARD.
