Description
We may want to add some tests to osmo-gsm-tester to check interop of Cell Broacast Services (CBS).
ofono seems to support it through a dbus interface:
https://github.com/DynamicDevices/ofono/blob/master/doc/cell-broadcast-api.txt
However, I don't recall seeing any of the modems we currently use supporting or announcing it. It may be that it's not supported at QMI level.
We may want to investigate about it.
