OsmoBSCNAT doesn't have a user manual, only a VTY reference manual. Let's create one.
Some ideas about the content:
- Add some rationale about why is BSCNAT needed (internet NAT, MSCs only supporting low amount of BSCs, etc.)
- Take some content from https://osmocom.org/projects/osmo-bscnat/wiki
- Add some network node graphs
- Add some packet flow diagrams
- Add a section for each feature and explain how it works and how to configure it.
- Talk about osmux (do something like osmo-msc.git bcb376011979c0d38588269972615af4d1219ec5: "include::{commondir}/chapters/osmux/osmux.adoc[]").
- Related to Feature #4090: Document user plane handling with BSC+MSC co-located OsmoMGW, Osmux, and outlook added
