The testcase establishes a PDP context and then resends an ATTACH REQUEST, making sure that exactly five ATTACH ACCEPTS are sent.

At least that's what's happening from my understanding of existing TTCN3 code.

Tell me if I need to change anything. At least locally, the test passed.

Yesterday I submitted several patches, one of them fixing TC_attach_timeout_after_pdp_act, which is sporadically failing on Jenkins:
