Description
- A NSE 101 is connecting via UDP/ip.access as "dynamic NSE".
- later the user tries to configure a NSE 101 manual via vty.
What happens?

Maybe something like this?
Foo(config-ns)> nse 101 % NSE is already configured dynamically, please use force to override Foo(config-ns)> nse 101 force Foo(config-nse)>
Force would drop the dynamic NSE and create a static one.
