Bug #5444
closedttcn3-bsc-test-vamos: leaked 'struct bsc_subscr'
100%
Description
This ticket was split up from #5337.
- We started check to the IUT's talloc report in
f_shutdown_helper()
(seef_verify_talloc_count()
)- https://gerrit.osmocom.org/c/osmo-ttcn3-hacks/+/26619 bsc: detect subscr and conn leaks during f_shutdown_helper()
- Module BSC_Tests.ttcn was updated by Neels, so all test cases clean up the IUT's state properly.
- Module BSC_Tests_VAMOS.ttcn was not updated, so we see regressions in ttcn3-bsc-test-vamos:
- https://jenkins.osmocom.org/jenkins/view/TTCN3/job/ttcn3-bsc-test-vamos/ (+4 since build 245)

I submitted several patches attempting to fix failing test cases:
https://gerrit.osmocom.org/c/osmo-ttcn3-hacks/+/27078 BSC_Tests_VAMOS: fix TC_chan_act_to_vamos: deactivate lchan [NEW]
https://gerrit.osmocom.org/c/osmo-ttcn3-hacks/+/27079 BSC_Tests_VAMOS: fix f_TC_mode_modify_to_vamos(): clean up lchan [NEW]
https://gerrit.osmocom.org/c/osmo-ttcn3-hacks/+/27080 BSC_Tests_VAMOS: fix TC_vamos_multiplex_{tch_f_tch_f,tch_h_tch_h_tch_h_tch_h} [NEW]
The first two make both TC_mode_modify_to_vamos_fr
and TC_mode_modify_to_vamos_hr
pass, so we can merge them.
The last patch is WIP, as it causes weird DTEs related to the MGCP emulation component. I have no idea why this happens.
Leaving this ticket up to neels.

seems i didn't complete the job properly.
I was so glad that the BSC_Tests worked that I happily forgot about the variations.
