show online-help outputs generates multiple commands

Description
The attached file was generated using the "show online-help" vty command in osmo-sgsn. Some of the commands show up 3 times on different nodes.
For example:
- "<command id='logging level (all| ..." shows up in node 1, 3 and 7
- "<command id='show mm-context all [pdp]'>" shows up in node 1 and 3
- "<command id='write file'>" shows up in node 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 26
- "<command id='no compression v42bis'> shows up once at node 26 (as expected)
Files
First question: Is this really a bug, or is this intentional?
SGSN splits the VTY over multiple files. Maybe the problem has to do with multiple initalizations?

dexter: E.g. compare with a current manual. You will see that there are duplicates already.
Now the question of why they are? Well. You can use the commands in different modes? E.g. in the unprivileged level, once you switch to enable it should be present too.. and when you configure it.. you want to be able to configure the specific logging node too.
a command that is registered in multiple nodes will of course also show up in multiple nodes?
You can configure logging for the current terminal session (at the default node), and when configuring for a file/stderr/syslog in config mode, that's at least two. Not sure where the third one would be, but more than once is definitely not always an error.

Thanks for pointing that out. For me it looked like a problem, especially when examining the diff. Now I got it - makes sense.
