Description
We have a test case that sends an SMS from one modem to another directly.
Besides that we should also test injection of an SMS into libmsc directly using the MNCC interface.
- send an SMS to a Modem using MNCC
- send an SMS from a Modem to an unattached subscriber, query MNCC whether the SMS is in the queue before attaching the other subscriber to receive the SMS
This could be integrated in the mo_mt_sms.py test, but actually we just as well could write a separate test (and drop the simpler one in case the test runs become too long some in the future).

Initial set of tests for smpp was merged a few weeks ago. I submitted today a patch to add those to the default suite set. More specific smpp related tasks were created to follow with more changes. I set this task as resolved.
