Description
Most callers of rate_ctr_group_alloc() in osmo* do not properly check for the return value
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Related to Bug #2362: rate_ctr with name prefix containing "." not visible on CTRL interface added
- % Done changed from 0 to 40
- % Done changed from 40 to 80
- % Done changed from 80 to 90
- Status changed from In Progress to Closed
- % Done changed from 90 to 100
