Description
When the number of SI messages gets large, it is advisable to allocate and use the Extended BCCH. This works by using the first CCCH block also for BCCH messages, which implicitly requires BS_AG_BLKS_RES set to a value larger than zero, see 45.002 6.5.1 v)
