Description
libosmo-mgcp-client now (when it is merged) features a transaction canceling API, please incorporate in OsmoMSC so that we are no longer vulnerable to timed-out MGCP responses.

We now cancel pending transactions when the MGW times out. I have integrated it in "mgcp: use osmo-mgw to switch rtp streams" (https://gerrit.osmocom.org/#/c/4980/). It is not pushed yet since there is some other problem I need to resolve first before I re-push the change to gerrit.
