Description
add a testrig to our collection which does flash every firmware version on the downloads server similar to the setup for osmo-ccid-firmware https://osmocom.org/projects/osmo-ccid-firmware/wiki/Firmware_testbed
this should also erase the board and flash the bootloader each time so we will find regressions faster in the future.
since its similar, but needs at least one more relay for erase, this will use a different relay board (rly08) but should work quite the same.
