Description
I've implemented several TTCN-3 testcases verifying scheduling of CSD:

As was mentioned in #1572, the half-rate testcases used to pass for me locally but currently failing:
pass->FAIL BTS_Tests.TC_data_rtp_tchh48 pass->FAIL BTS_Tests.TC_data_rtp_tchh24
It needs to be investigated why they're filing.
